How to subscribe on the website?
We accept bank cards which work on the Russian Federation. You can subscribe on the "Prices" page. Click "Subscribe" button and follow the instructions. Subscription activation may take up to a couple of minutes.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Auto-renewal is available on the Android and iOS only. You have to purchase your subscription again after it expires if you make the purchase on our website.
Cannot pay a subscription in a mobile application with russian credit card
If you face difficulties to pay the subscription in mobile application using Russian credit card - please try to subscribe from website. If the problem is still active please contact our managers. To do this please send an email to info@yutu.pro or use the the feedback form.
Is my subscription available for all the devices?
Yes. Once you paid a subscription you get a full access to our application on PC and mobile applications.
How many kids my account supports?
You can add up to 3 child profiles per account in Parent Settings. Each profile saves its own progress. This option is available for free.
What languages are available?
Currently we support Russian, English and Chinese (simplified) only. You may setup the preferable language in a profile. We have adaptive list of courses depending on a selected language.
